I completely agree with it. But I have a question - company has recently issued around 500 M shares in the open market or to some private investors. Who is owning these shares and how they will be effected with this R/S.

I think, the retail investors might not have bought 500 M shares after seeing the stock price trashed from 0.0385 to 0.0004 and management being so careless about their share holders.

If these are issued to a private investor then are they going to let the company do a R/S, because they will also be losing the value of their stock.
