so i will tell you what i think lately although i haven't had a huge ammount of time to spend on research, is niprisan still being developed, as a different drug called HQK-1001, anyone ever hear of Hemaquest? i think there were some posts back in 2009 about them, but has anyone REALLY looked? the company was formed in 2007 and they are devloping a drug for sickle cell anemia....the timeline is WAY to convenient and i mean WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to convenient, check the venture capital groups, also note LILLY VENTURES, also i think that the phase I/II clinical trials were undertaken by CHAPEL HILL, i haven't found anything solid yet nor can i find any patent info for HQK-1001......someone with some time should really check this out......as i have stated several times, i think big pharma is involved, good luck checking it out i know there are some great DDrs here
