ZERO? How about NEGATIVE ZERO, Executives personal assets should be on the line. BP had a refinery explode in Texas City not long ago and the cause was poor maintenance (An alarm meant to warn about the quantity of liquid in the unit was disabled).

Its been reported national news BP removed a battery from the Deep Horizon BOP. If true its egregious actions.
