i think there are other ways to get our money from the BOD. I have consulted an attorney who has been working with corporate bankrupcy for the last 30 years. he can recall only a handfull cases when the shares were not cancelled.
He said the BOD have responsibility to shareholders to provide the correct information about the company performance.
Now if there was misleading information that could be proven it is considered to be a fraud.
Two condition can applied.
The BOD know that info is misleading.
Or that should have known.
If one of this condition could be proven then they can be held responsible.
of course it has nothing to do with CPRK assests but applies toward BOD and their insurance the they should have.
I have enough resources to start this process. I am considering this action very seriously since no one should be stealling my money due to irresponsible management.
