Here is my take on all of these 4999 share trades going thru/ I believe the MMs/ shorts looking to cover are purposely putting blocks in at this amount to delay any buyers of 5,000 share lots. This way they get executed before the 5000 shares blocks and they get shares faster. Let me know if that makes any sense guys... IMO I think they are scared big time of a major PR..which I believe should be out sooooon...
