I was the one that Posted it ACT was speically mentioned
they talked about taking preventative mesaures and they were looking at agents that could be used to protect the wetlands

and last weeked in the messed up CC they mentioned stray tech for preventative measures , and there supplier was at central command and they know about acts products

so if you put one and one together

ACT is one of the products being considered for preventative measures because i'm sure here are others out there too
