Im playing investigator. Some one told me that if you buy 4999 shares it wont show up on a L2 if it is under 5000. I also cross referenced it with the tax 4999 and that tax is for a
1.Signing bonus.
2.Raise in base pay over what target paid.
3.Employment contract with no mitigation provision.
4.Higher annual bonus and LTIP.
5.Amount paid for covenant not to compete.
Hum? Silly I know, but it is bugging me.
