Mr Sano, I certainly don't understand where you are coming from with the statement " seems overkill" and "just trying to get approval" They are doing much more than just standing by waiting for approval. Dean said this is an ongoing project to further develop uses for the DVis and possibly other technology which may come out of this. I think Dean has a very small staff considering there is a multitude of paper work that has to be continually done - accounting, documenting improvements and changes, complying with State and Federal rules, acquiring used equipment to be refurbished, packaging and shipping, ordering parts, inside technicians and technicians out in the the field and it goes on and on as with any manufacturing business. Do you expect he and Mike can do it all? Hell, Mike is probably on the phone 8 hours a day answering questions from investors and I am sure Dean has plenty of outside business meetings he has to go to. Two secretaries? I saw one front office girl who is busy answering the phone and probably opening mail. Then there was Becky who is his private secretary. Having been in the accounting field, I know the CFO doesn't have much spare time. So how do you figure "overkill". I take it you have never run your own business or businesses.
