An air permit does nothing to satisfy the question of feedstock and output storage and transportation or the myriad permits those will require before anything can be sold.
We still don't know how JBII is going to acquire 20 tons of plastic per day or who he's going to sell his output to. If you haven't noticed, oil prices have collapsed along with JBII's stock price.
There will be no revenue generated from P2O for a long time, if ever.
IMO this whole charade was just meant to try to sell franchises of these things, not actually produce oil for JBII to sell.
