I just sent an email to the Fort Worth SEC. I didn't put much effort into it since it will most likely just be lost in the ether that is the federal gooberment. If more of you would file a complaint about NITE manipulating ETLS, we might see something done.

Below is what I wrote.

I am requesting an investigation into the market maker NITE. From what I have been witnessing and talking to other investors for the past 45 days, NITE has been shorting and manipulating the OTC stock ETLS. We have a team of investors, which I’m a part of, that have the majority of the O/S locked down. (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=5334)

The float is virtually gone. We have been watching the shorting of the shares and manipulation going on for the entire time. We have tried many things to get the price to move up. I have on 2 occasions put in multiple bids to watch the price go up and have NITE walk it back down in an attempt to shake the long term investors out of our shares. The majority of the trades, and manipulation, that are going on have been coming through NITE. There is plenty of talk on many boards on http://investorshub.advfn.com that indicate the same thing goes one quite frequently with NITE and other MM’s.

I do understand that short selling is still allowed, to a certain level, but, considering that we have been witnessing this repeatedly, we know that this is beyond the norm. Please investigate this and help put an end to this illegal activity.
