Agreed, but the fact that there is that much in the ground and with the right equipment and or process it can be extracted, just that it could not extracted by Dotson the clown.

So a potential buyer that has forgotten more than Dotson will ever know about mining and processing may well see significant value in the claims.
Probably less then the billion dollars worth that is projected but likely more than the current debt load.
