Unfortunately, it will only be a buy back
or that other dirty word that can change the share structure and allow the PPS to climb. And I have yet to see the latter work on the Pink exchange. We have way too many shares out there. Real news and real closed contracts wouldn't hurt either. I never doubted that the contract opportunities exist, but landing the deal is another story.
