In Octonber of 2008 they did a 1000-1 reverse split and on 12-31-2008 there were only 128,000 shares outstanding.

Thats why the price was upo. That went to 119,000,000 shares by Novemeber 2009 and no telling what it is now. These has been 100's of millions of shares traded just since first of April.
