Let me tell you something about Avalon Oil and and this CEO Kent Rodriguez. Many good investors have been burned "big" in the past because they believed everything KR was telling them. I tried several times to warn these people that......."THERE ISN'T ANYTHING HERE" and guess what? I was right. KR told one of my best investors there would never be a reverse split, a dividend was going to be paid because of spin-offs, he would never raise his salary until this company was "cash flow positive", and do everything for the interest of the investor.
Hmmmmm, let me see.........as far as I can see there is nothing but lies coming from this CEO and there will always be. THIS IS WHAT HE SURVIVES ON. He has failed not only in business on 3 different occasions but he can't hold a job. Just because a person holds a degree in business doesn't mean he or she is a genius. I am far beyond this degree and I still don't claim to be a genius. Also let me remind everyone.......I have forgotten more about the oil business than KR or his board of directors will ever know. I was born in this field. What he has done financially with this company is BS.
Bottom Line.....If you have any doubt about this company and this CEO please look at the SEC filings and the news for the past 10 years. Also do research on Kent Rodriguez. You will find that everything I am telling you is true.
