I have not heard from you on this so for now this would suffice.

I believe the remaining info speaks to the history of Sunrise Consulting group which is all anyone has to go on right now. The facts that SNRS has indicated they were going to do something and not following through is important information (IMO) for new investors to make a quality decision about this company so it will remain until SNRS gives us evidence of good faith.
