Ok, quick math indicates that's 2000 kwh per year. And I admit that is assuming they can't fix the issue that exists of having to shut down the turbine in high winds, which is a significant problem to solve based on the rotor and diffuser design.
Now compare to this press release from last Feb from Tamer:

Claims the same model will generate approx. 9000 - 13000 kwh per year.
