Riddle me this, why do people always say that after a stock drops a bit that it is MM's buying cheap shares to load up for a run as though they actually know that a stock is gonna run or not. I personally think they base their decisions on the money flow at any given time and have so many stocks to follow that they can't possibly be reading PR's and closely following companies like we do. Comments?
