On the verge of a moment of truth in the monthly chart... 1 year removed of a verbally communicated deadline to change exchanges and move up with the big boys... what's it going to be as we emerge from the triangle? Most can understand not wanting to be bothered with whiney shareholders but as long as this is a public company, communication needs to happen more than it does. Otherwise, people walk away distrustful of the company in general whether the basis is real or imagined. The truth is in the numbers - the number of investors and the capital involved is dramatically higher for reporting companies versus non reporting companies... The chart will resolve itself no matter what. Is management going to display a deep resolve to growing this company in a public way??? Management's handling of this issue will be reflected in the charts... nobody needs to answer the question... actions or inactions will appear as reactions in the charts (I made this on December 30, 2009):
