One other thought. You said "I hope financials are good".

Barring a large amount of debt or a flood of negative cash flow, I don't think IDLM will get valued on financials IMHO. The key is the unique eyeballs and prospects for growth. And THOSE we already know (which is why NGLF was up around $2 for so long).

This sell-off on Friday was either because of the deal going sour (which we'll know soon) or it was some panic or BS manipulation.

I think this is going to rocket if we see the 8k next week.
