Aren't you paying attention ??? Case dismissed and closed. I am not a lawyer but I believe plea bargins are done just prior to sentencing and are part of the same case. They would not dismiss and close a case just to reopen it as something alse with a new case number etc. LMAO. Newtons case was dismissed as in closed.
