Actually, I'm thinking float=13mm and O/S=68mm (not 80mm as you posted).

I posted the 68mm number a month ago.

But maybe I'm missing something.

Datpiff I figure is worth $100mm to $200mm, so that's $1.50 to $3.00 per share. Depends what premium folks put on unique eyeballs and prospects for growth.

So, if we see the 8k, that means the deal is 100%. And if the deal is 100%, then this is going to rocket IMHO.

My buys on Friday just might make me some good $$.
