The reason these rankings are important is because it shows trends. The more visitors means the more people are seeing the infomercials and looking at the product. Saying that is has No Importance and like saying its not a good idea to put a sign on your establishment. Almost every purchase I make for the first time starts with finding out more information. The more I know the better I feel about my buying decision. I can honestly say I saw the P90X infomercial, looked at all the information I could find, which included the website, and ordered a copy from an Ebay Store. The more visits the more potential customers and the more orders we can expect to see on the 10Q. I suspect you are upset because all the hundreds of thousands of people visiting the site did not make a purchase.. Well, That would be awesome but in all actuality it IS a very good guage to see how well the marketing campaign is working. The more people that know, the more people will order the more the stock price will go up...
