Not saying Behl did not receive money, just saying
that, since I do not know the details of the deal,
it would be my belief that Behl does not have full
and unrestricted access to funds at this time.
Non of this will matter once they iron out any of
the minor set backs and get the system up and runnung.
Normally your first deal is the toughest. Once they
get past this, it will become a litte easier with
each additional contract.
