BP is in so hot waters right now with the US government that at right now, it does seem to be just politics, like who really should and need to be in charge! But I think getting contracts from state agencies through state governments is almost better for ACLH right now, so they can act immediately without further federal buracracy and the red tape that seems to be at question for BP and Obama Administration !
