All of this information is public knowledge. I did the DD and found all of this stuff out before buying. Each of us has to weigh the information in the total against his entire record of company building. I'm not trying to sway anyone one way or the other, that is a personal decision but your right, it's not a bad thing to have both the good and bad info available for review. What I will object to is people trying to sway others with their own personal opinions to make a buck. The red flags as well as the green flags are out there for all to see and evaluate.
