As disclosed in previous releases, high on the company's priorities are the Rusty Ridge and the Lucky property. The Rusty Ridge, named for its notable iron oxide appearance, is in an extremely favorable setting which lay adjacent to a regional fault zone known to be accompanied by mineralization, and has several areas of rare earth elements.

Mr. Stead explained that the uniqueness of this property has kept them busy sampling various areas where significant data has been collected. The latest assays from surface rock samples revealed several new areas of gold bearing alterations.

Mr. Stead went on to talk about other properties including the Lucky property, where copper mineralization on surface yielded up to 2.5% per ton. "The demand for copper increases as the world becomes more industrialized. Copper has held a strong steady demand even in the downturn of the current economy," stated Mr. Stead. "We hope that the copper discoveries in Newfoundland will be significant enough to contribute to the growing demand."
