Cuda BIG OIL tax increase will be voted upon next week and I'll bet $$ to donuts its gonna pass.I'm in RAME pretty heavy and think its gonna take off on the next OIL spike which we all know is going to happen oil will not stay under $85. for long and mix in all the LOVE in the middle east,Oil in the Gulf etc.Oil,Gold & pharmaceuticals are on my radar.
