A source close to the secondary USA based targeted merger candidate Go Green Electronic Recycling said, "We are disheartened to see so many inpatient shareholders in UWRL. UWRL is on a cusp of another North American software company merger, plus the China company is in the wings and we should have some more news on that front as our agents complete their due diligence from May 15 to May 30th. Our software technicians are analyzing this software company codes and functionality and things are moving at break neck speeds. As this is worth repeating and so that we affirm our stance regarding UWRL future plans, there are several China companies that have put their hand up on UWRL. The idea is to have UWRL become a conglomerate holding company all in the communications / software / small appliance green recycling (telephone - communications) industry. This may include 3 to 4 or more operating subsidiaries all reporting their revenues on a consolidated basis; thus creating UWRL into a real asset and revenue based player."
