I googled Topiramate/topamax side effects and got this. Some are significant some are not. While Qnexa may be the most effective it may not be well tolerated by everyone. Which is why i bought in on Arena as well as locaserin may not be the most effective but its safer, and still helps cardiovascular issues. Hopefully they both get approved and see success.
