Sales Department....
Here is an excerpt from the re-orginization release..."and have changed to a distribution based model for our sales efforts which employs many sales personnel. " It sounds like they are going to depend on the distributors to make all retail sales. This is fine and dandy with respect to reaching retail levels, however ,the distributors will not come knocking on BSTI doors demanding to handle BSTI products. They will not come to you....as the cliche goes....Biosheild must have sales persons that will beat the bushes contacting prospective distribution oriented outlets in order to grow in the overall market place. I understand that sometimes there are exclusive arrangements for certain products, but this does not decrease the need for their own little sales department........
