Possible 10Q storylines:
1. Quantum Dots were officially put
on sale in April. There are many
possible markets from TVs, lighting,
sensors, etc. What is the progress
and what is the projection for
next year? What are the specs?
2. Asian market Sales Rep, Mr. Ando.
Will there be "strategic alliances"
(his specialty), or initial sales of
quantum dots?
3. Saudi market Sales Rep, Mr. Robinson.
Will we finalize a contract for a factory?
4. Green Giant Venture Fund. Are they
making progress on finding a buyer of
carbon credits for the purpose of
financing the Saudi factory?
5.a Did Solterra accomplish the benchmark of
producing a viable solar panel for Rice U.?
Has the panel been tested at the ASU solar
panel testing facility? Is it certified?
Is there a timetable for certification and/or
production of initial marketable panels?
What are the specs?
5.b Are we building a Tempe Factory in the
headquarter city? (I would think a solar
panel production line is not a simple thing,
and do not expect completion soon.)
5.c Is there a TQD production line and how many
TQD are being manufactured per hour, day, or week?
(I think this exists to some extent, and production
is a function of the number of macro-reactors, shifts,
and days of production per week.) We will have income
here, which will insure the survivability of QMC.
Most think next fiscal year, some think 4th quarter.
If 3rd quarter sales, this will be a surprise.
6. Timeline for bringing Solterra public?
7. More new hires, Executives and Scientists and
Board Members as the company changes from a development
company to an income producing company.
All these questions will not be answered Monday.
We will be lucky to get a few answers, but I have no
reason to think that any of them will not be
answered this year. As Ih8aloss says, Buy and hold,
and I would add to that, Buy and Hold On!
