The press release states "previous users of the APS oil fluidizer technologies have included some of the largest oil and gas companies in the US, including Conoco Phillips, Exxon Mobil, Avon Petroleum, Valero Petroleum, and BP (British Petroleum) as well as the US Navy Petroleum Reserve."
If that's the case why isn't this stock trading higher? Will a BP contact have that much influence on the price if they've already done business with them and the pps is only .04. Just curious.
