friend of mine talked to ta here's his synopsis fwiw uhln..talked to ta just now...company is not going to issue the forward split shares to anybody who bot after 1/21/10...ta is going to call finra and let them know that the company is not honoring the finra x-date of 4/8/10...ta will call me back after talking to finra and co. 'I guess that's how they do it'
