Thanks for all the posts and possibilities... I am learning a lot.

Unusually active today, though churning.

Since we supposedly have great news coming, it is obvious there are no leaks, as the shareprice is not moving higher..

About a buy-out..well, I've said it before.

Once the new Company is announced, along with a new management team..and any projects we might have gotten, it will give everyone a better idea on what we can offer.

Think the licensing agreements are very important, especially if anyone out there is utilizing our patents without authorization.
At that point, down the road, someone might look at us as an attractive addition and scoop us up. Certainly, in my opinion, the Company would want to be better situated, with the share price well on it's way to a dollar or more before putting itself up for sale.

Even I cannot think of any scenario where the Company would want to sell out with its shareprice below a penny..

The future may be very bright, but it will take some patience to see this one through.
