Dude, Hayter's only been involved in the publically traded market scetor for one reason ..... to sell stock ......

In order to sell stock he has to provide some liquidity. There are people stuck here that would love to see liquidity.

Many stocks go to the grey market and never rise again. If he finds a way to pull this one out then he has helped many "bagholders" who have been stuck here for quite some time.
