Good morning BEHLers, Has anyone noticed that on YAHOO finance on the intra day chart the first trade to day was 9.2 million at .006. WOW!!!! He must really behl-ieve in BEHL!!! I find it hard to belh-ieve that there were just 9m shares hanging around waiting to be bought and even more as the days go by? Some say it is weak fingers or I guess some would want to take a loss on BEHL, maybe for tax purposes. I don't know much about that as I trade with an IRA account. I am not bashing BEHL, But could some one help me to understand who is selling these stocks. Initially all stocks belong to the company, who has 1 billion shares. They contact a broker and say they want to sell 500 million. Does the company set sell prices? Like do not sell under .10.
Or are they just sold for what ever they can get for the shares? Open market.
Dillution would be when this company would add 250 million more shares to be sold. That would bring the float to 750 million?
How does the company and the share holders know when all of the float has been sold? My next question is who holds the shares in the float that are not sold? Are MM's involved with the float? Thank you, Lucky...Go BEHL
