Rich McBride .. where is the proxy statement that we all asked for? Will the finacials be out on time ? Will you give free rein to the new ceo cfo etc? without pulling strings? Why did you not bring in someone from the outside to fill any of these positions? Do you feel they will be fair and dig deep if there is something fishy with you hanging around? Also its nice to see you finally use your name in posts since you are or were a CEo of a public company... IMHO!
