Just called Hayden IR and advised them that PR from earlier part of the week does not match what is being filed. EDGAR has registration for 4 million dollars. Hayden IR claims the current financing is on far better terms that the prior. The company is securing 4 million in one gulp. WHY? Certainly - not explained in the roses of the earlier PR. Maybe they need to get paid in cash and with stock!

I suggest you call them. I have asked for new PRs explaining what is going on with management's directions.

If is possible that the stock will recover, but in the near term - maybe not. I have suffered greatly as many of you have this week. Again, I do fault management and for the reasons previously stated. The PPS can fall to about .005 if management is stupid. I unfortuately must vote for stupid and yes I will have to hold for sure now.
