I just got off the phone with TD, you can't buy or sell EATR or WNMX. They are waiting to receive stock from the transfer agent and don't know when that will be. I am becoming increasingly disappointed with TD, they seem to trail everybody else instead of leading in this technology age.
I 'tweeted' about EATR on ANITTEB this morning and my phone is ringing off the hook from people who want to buy EATR and can't get any stock from their brokers. I guess that's good, but it is certainly frustrating, I have work to do so I will continue to call TD until I get something from them - if nothing else I will be a big nuisance.
With the U. S. stock market looking better this morning than it has in a long time, that should affect folks attitude about buying stock like EATR.
From their press release I found the following most interesting:
"These actions will create additional organic growth for the Company and build upon our existing revenue base. It is our intention to follow the same template that was used in the bnetTV.com Inc."
The Company has benefited greatly from the capitalization of bNET Communications, Inc., as stated in the Stakeholders conference call in April. As such, Eastern Asteria will be announcing its dividend date in the near future, and further the Company plans to retain an investment banking and/or brokerage house to help facilitate a stock repurchase program."
I love the sentence about a stock repurchase program. That should decrease the amount of stock available on the market and do something to increase the stock price nicely.
