I'm believing more and more that opening gap-downs can be regular ops for small gains if it is a good company and nothing particularly negative is going on with the company.
I'm almost back to even on my CLR purchase yesterday, but I should have waited for something more definitive before entrying, ie: "the opening gap-down like today.
Just my observation. FWIW
Yesterdays post: "CLR...picked up a few shares at $42.27 & 42.09"
In my short few years of learning about the markets I've found CLR to be one of the best I've ever seen on fundies and CEO quality.
