Wednesday evening BP was supposedly given 24 hours to identify less toxic alternatives to the dispersants and 72 hours to begin using them. I'm not saying one of the products will be ACLH's, but 24 hours was up last night so it seems like BP should be "identifying" which products they intend to use at some point today.
