Where Do We Stand As Of Today?

So where do we stand with ISPI as of today:

- Stock delisted from OTCBB to PINK Sheets.
- Stock trading at a 52 week low.
- Late filing 10-K and 10-Q.
- COO and CEO replaced recently.
- No plants or production in USA.
- No warehouse agreement in South Florida.
- No Argentinian contracts.
- No Jerusalem contract.
- No revenue in 2008 or 2009.
- Outstanding shares increase from 10 million to 60 million.
- Needs to raise additional capital through further issuance
of securities which will result in further dilution to
shareholders.
- The independent auditors in 10-K report substantial doubt
about their ability to continue as a going concern.

Where does it all end? As a pink sheet stock with this track record it will decrease further as they issue more shares. Very little oversight on the Pink Sheets so anything could happen there. If no solid contracts are signed soon then the next letter added to ISPI could be a Q in my opinion.
