If I am understanding, we should be expecting more dilution occuring by end of year; and instead of a couple of weeks to a month, we are now looking between two to six months; and financing to push forward emails in growing this company?

I am sure I am misunderstanding what I am reading in this late hour, just past 1 am for me, but none of these sound like good news to me. Please help me understand better. Thanks and good night everyone.
