BIEL - With billions of shares out and a move to OB, do you think there will be a reverse split that it will happen at that time? It seems like a natural thing to do to start off clean....

BIEL..Spittingfire, The CEO stated that it should be OTC by the end of this month.All documents have been submitted. We shall see.
