It depends on the size of your order. If you wanted 50,000 shares at .016 and they only had 5,000 available it wouldn't have filled. That's why I always put my bid above the ask and keep AON unclicked. I never have any issues when I do that. There are a lot of fake walls on the ask for one reason or another. Somebody doesn't want it to run quite yet. I can't tell you why, but I imagine they are letting the float get locked before it runs.
