I am sure that the current management as well as the county and state officials would all like to see CPRK rise from the ashes at this time. I am also convinced that in each respective case they would hope that they can do or help do what they feel is right by the lenders and shareholders and of course I sincerely hope they are able to help us out if there is any possibility that they can. However we must be cautioned that new money has to come from some source to help us get started. This money will be in the form of DIP financing and hopefully will be enough to satisfy the original lenders and provide new capitilization for improvements and working capital until we are in a profitable position. There will also be an extreme additional expense of legal and restructuring fees, the longer they are in CH 11 the more these fees add up. In some cases or should I say most cases the lawyers and accountants love to carry on as long as they can to steal as much as they can.We can hope that they have been working on the POR since the change in management so it will give us a head start and perhaps have a quick settlement, the faster the better chance for some recovery for the shareholders. The other caution is that the DIP lender will have no feeling towards the shareholders whatever and will ask for cancellation no matter what the sentiment is in the county or state or community. It will help if in the Judges decisions if the state and county were to get behind the company with guarantees and such, and remember the Judge makes all the rulings on all motions, he or she is now the bossJMHO
