I think as long as a candidate has been finalized whether it's a USA based or China based the PPS will go up quite a bit. If the 200 Million dollar China deal gets signed we should be above 10 cents pretty easily.
Either way I think .007 is about as low as this stock will be until news is announced. Since most of the shares are locked the pps is forced to go up unless we get very disappointing news.
Since they are in China at the moment negotiating whatever happens at those meetings is what we more than likely will receive next week.
