They stated "...Through the Company’s joint venture with Neusoft Medical Systems, PET system material cost of goods and labor costs will be significantly lower. The Company expects that these developments will have a positive impact on the sales and service volumes and increased net margins. However, there is no assurance that the Company will be successful in selling new systems ."
They worded this as if they have yet to do a joint venture with Neusoft Medical Systems, yet in the article from the replied msg link reads to me as if this occurred in 2006.
Am I misunderstand something from this new report?
