Mr. Bucaria,

Thi is John once again. First of congrats on bringing Mr. Caparro and making him part of the 7th level team. I had a quick question that involves whether or not some of the next PR's will contain any hard numbers about any of the deals that have and are taking place. I know investors are excited about Mr. Caparro joining up with 7th level but are very curious about not only what it took to bring him over but also some of the other numbers that have yet to be disclosed. Thank you once again for your time and I hope to hear back from you soon.

Hi John,

Thanks for your email and congrats regarding Jim. Regarding your question about info in press releases, each PR that is released contains as much information as we can provide without violating any agreements that may be in place regarding the subject matter or that would adversely effect our ability to either complete the transactions being referenced in the PR or any future transactions. For example, when we first announced the deal that we struck with Yamani Pictures for them to provide Y7 Capital Partners with financing for the purpose of going after strategic acquisitions, we did not indicate the specific amount of money that Yamani had committed to us. This is because we did not want to impact our negotiating ability with potential targets that Y7 is going after.

I know that most of the Ihub investors are familiar with simple straight forward tangible product transactions, (ie we have an order for X number of widgets that will ship on this date and will make us $X amount of money). For better and for worse, a majority of the projects, deals and transactions that we engage in with our business require a good amount of silence while they are being worked on (as you can tell from the lack of news from our side) and when the big picture is finally able to be disseminated it must be done in a controlled manor that allows us to successfully execute our overall long term plan for success. For us, when, where and how you release information has a direct impact on the amount of revenues that can be secured from a project and even a corporate acquisition. I know it can be frustrating to have to wait with nothing more than a "trust us" to go on but to be honest, my track record and the track record of my staff speak for themselves and I am not going to wreck the long term success of this company for everyone just because a few people want to know every detail of what we are doing when we are doing it.

As for your question about how we managed to secure Jim Caparro, it is really very straight forward. Jim knows the caliber of people we have on our team and he understands the overall strategy of we are building. Jim's exact words during one of our early meetings were "I have one more chapter to write in my career and I want it to be the most successful. I think you guys are the ones that I can write it with".
