It just says Oil Sludge Fluidizer Non-Hazardous formula It talks about the technology the cost benefit the clients and the safety data sheet on the product. One thing it shows is
Present Method and lists off a bunch of things
then Westates Method and lists off all positive things.
So maybe its Westates..I don't know.
